Shipping
We must communicate via phone or email before shipping: 831.624.9222; info@kerrylee.com. If a first time customer, we will need to see Identification.
Item(s) will be shipped to arrive in one to two days: Tuesday - Friday before 12 noon. We cannot ship over the weekend. ADULT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED.
A tracking number will be issued via FedEx shipping. Therefore, we will need an email, mobile number and shipping address.
The shipping cost will be charged, BUT will be reimbursed IF the item(s) is bought.

Returns
Item(s) must be returned as received, NEW, and in original packaging, WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving item(s).
A return FedEx box, WITH RETURN AIRBILL, will be included in the original shipment. Item need only be securely placed inside, ideally with enough packing material to minimize movement inside box.
WE MUST RECEIVE FEDEX NOTIFICATION OF RETURN to be eligible for refund. This will automatically happen once the package is scanned in at a FedEx drop-off center. Tracking number will be available on the airball.
Reminder: NO mention of package contents or the word, JEWELRY, is essential at all times.
Once the item is received and examined, we will immediately issue a refund, LESS the shipping costs, both ways.
IF the item needs any re-polish or repair, the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
